Junior Section

Junior Club Nights are on Wednesdays from 4.00pm – 5.30pm. Junior coaching is available for all abilities on Saturday mornings (for ages 5 - 17).

Junior members can use the courts at any time, other than at adult club sessions. These take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6.00pm, and on Saturday afternoons.

If you are interested in playing in the 14 & under Road to Wimbledon (girls and boys) please contact Rosemary Snook for further details. To qualify you must have be born in 1996 or later.

Coaching for Juniors

Holiday tennis courses are available for all abilities to improve stroke technique, co-ordination, movement and tactics through fun and games.

The club has four hard courts with changing facilities and is situated on St John's Road opposite the Sports Centre and next to the Masonic Hall. All welcome! See below for latest dates and times.

Club Etiquette
As a junior your parents take responsibility for you if you play at the club unsupervised. You are expected to act in a responsible manner at all times and to ensure there is no damage to property.
You should wear suitable sports clothing and trainers, no jeans.
When you bring a guest you must pay a visitors fee of £1 which should be given to Rosemary Snook or a committee member.
